Breast Augmentation - Case 23

This 23 year-old woman came to Minneapolis Plastic Surgery for breast augmentation that would not only enlarge her breasts, but make them more symmetrical in size. She had a 55 minute outpatient operation to place submuscular cohesive silicone gel implants of two different sizes, spent an hour in the recovery room, and returned the next morning for recheck. She reported her pain as 2 on a scale of 10, with no nausea or vomiting post-operatively. TIVA light general anesthesia by our superb anesthesia providers allowed her comfortable, no-nausea, no-hangover recovery. Her post-op photos show her appearance at 8 weeks after surgery; she felt her breasts looked even better than her goal photographs.
