Breast Augmentation - Case 37

This 31 year-old mother of 7 (breast fed 6) came to Minneapolis Plastic Surgery for restoration of breast fullness. She underwent breast augmentation before November 2006, after which the FDA again released silicone gel implants for elective cosmetic breast enlargement, and therefore had saline implants placed via an inframammary incision below her pectoralis muscles. She has remained soft and happy for well over a decade.
