Breast Lift Plus Implants - Case 10

This 30 year-old woman from North Dakota came to Minneapolis Plastic Surgery for consultation regarding breast enlargement and correction of asymmetry. Her larger and more droopy right breast required full breast lift (Wise or anchor pattern) and augmentation (with a smaller implant), whereas her left breast required augmentation only (somewhat larger implant). She had this outpatient procedure at Minneapolis Plastic Surgery’s on-site AAAASF-accredited outpatient surgical facility, and also had facial cosmetic surgery at the same operation. Though absolute symmetry is an unrealistic expectation, she had significant improvement and this should continue to get better over time as her breast lift scars soften and mature, and her right implant drops more as her scars soften and stretch (post-op photos at 6 weeks).
