Case Description

This 24 year-old gentleman from Iowa Came to Minneapolis Plastic Surgery for treatment of idiopathic gynecomastia. He underwent direct excision of the glandular components and ultrasonic liposuction of the chest via periareolar incisions under TIVA general anesthesia. He had over 3 ounces of tissues removed per side. Post-op photos at 6 weeks.
