Lip Enhancement - Case 4

This 38 year old woman came to Minneapolis Plastic Surgery because she was bothered by her left upper lip, which had an elevated area that did not touch her lower lip like the other side. She was unsure if it was always this way, but it bothered her enough to consider unilateral lip enlargement to fill the deficient area with a dermal fat graft. This procedure was done under local anesthesia, utilizing a small strip of de-epithelialized dermis from a pre-existing scar. Her living graft is permanent, and nicely corrected the contour problem.
