Breast Augmentation - Case 73

This 51 year old mother of 3 has always been slim and athletic, but with smaller breasts that did not fill out her clothing, especially vacation swimwear. She came to Minneapolis Plastic Surgery after consulting with several other plastic surgeons, and underwent outpatient breast augmentation in our nationally-accredited (AAAASF) office surgical facility under a light general anesthetic. Her procedure took just under an hour, and after another hour in our recovery room, was alert, dressed, and sipping on a soda, ready for discharge home (to the care of an adult caregiver). After photos show her appearance at 6 months post-op. Note that her pre-operative bilateral nipple inversion was corrected with implant augmentation alone–no additional or “extra” nipple surgery!
