Breast Augmentation - Case 76

This 22 year old mother of one from Wisconsin was dissatisfied with the appearance of her breasts after the birth of her child, despite not breast feeding. She came to Minneapolis Plastic Surgery for breast enlargement with cohesive silicone implants. Her surgery was performed in our nationally-accredited (AAAASF) on-site surgical facility where there are no sick patients or nasty bacteria (as in hospitals). She also had TIVA anesthesia, which has a 2-3% post-operative nausea and vomiting rate compared to the 7-28% PONV associated with inhalation anesthesia used at hospitals and hospital-affiliated surgicenters.
