Breast Lift Plus Implants - Case 19

This 38 year old woman has been bothered all her life with unattractive small droopy breasts. She came to Minneapolis Plastic Surgery for correction of her tuberous breasts with full breast lift plus implants in a one-stage  outpatient surgical procedure in our accredited (AAAASF) on-site surgical facility. She underwent a TIVA light general anesthetic Wise-pattern (anchor) full breast lift plus submuscular cohesive silicone implants to correct the short crease-nipple distance (seen best on oblique views), narrow constricted breast base, wide cleavage, and minimal breast tissue herniating into large areolas. She left our recovery room in just over an hour, dressed, having been to the restroom, and sipping a soda. Her recovery was rapid and uneventful, and she  remains thrilled with her new appearance two years after her operation.
