Breast Augmentation - Case 89

This 37 year-old woman has had one child, and her family is complete. She has wanted larger breasts since puberty, but especially after breastfeeding caused volume loss and asymmetry. She came to Minneapolis Plastic Surgery seeking natural-looking breasts that would still allow her to continue exercising daily. She had Allergan Natrelle Inspira cohesivity type II (Soft Touch) silicone gel implants placed via no-touch technique in our on-site nationally-accredited (AAAASF) surgical facility. She was happy that her surgery was done not at a hospital full of COVID-19 patients, or in operating rooms that had had numerous  COVID patients previously utilizing those spaces. She returned to her home after a one-hour surgery, and another hour in our recovery room, resuming most daily activities in a day or two, and full exercise in 4-6 weeks. She felt complete healing and optimal implant position took about 7 months. Her post-op photos show her soft, natural breasts 2 years after surgery.
