Breast Augmentation - Case 20

This 31 year-old woman breast-fed 2 babies, causing moderate breast skin sagging (grade II ptosis), and came to Minneapolis Plastic Surgery for augmentation mammoplasty and possible breast lift. She was comfortable with full C to D cup size, and this allowed augmentation with implants only (no mastopexy or breast lift incisions) to give an excellent cosmetic result. Her implants dropped into position over several weeks, and can be expected to be in perfect position as her tissues heal completely over several months. After photos are at 10 weeks post-op.
