Breast Augmentation - Case 21

This 36 year-old mother of 5 (1 set of twins) came to Minneapolis Plastic Surgery for restoration of breast volume lost after her pregnancies. She underwent submuscular augmentation mammoplasty with round smooth cohesive silicone gel implants in a 1 hour operation at our nationally-accredited (AAAASF) office surgical facility. She returned to (non-strenuous) work in 3 days, and full activities including health club at 4 weeks. She maintains that “This is the best thing I have ever done for myself.” Her husband is inclined to agree, though he placed it second after marrying her. Her after photos are taken 7 years post-op, showing how she has maintained her beautiful natural results over time.
