Breast Augmentation - Case 22

This 23 year old woman came to Minneapolis Plastic Surgery for breast enlargement. She underwent augmentation mammoplasty with silicone gel implants placed beneath her chest muscles via a 4.0cm (1 5/8 inch) incisions in her infra-mammary creases. Her outpatient operation was performed in our nationally-accredited (AAAASF) office surgical facility in less than an hour, and she was discharged to her home after one additional hour in recovery. She was dressed, had been to the restroom, and was sipping a soda prior to her discharge. She returned to her desk job in 4 days and exercise in 3 weeks. (Notice her left shoulder is higher than the right in her photos, due to mild scoliosis).
