Breast Augmentation - Case 28

This 30 year-old woman came to Minneapolis Plastic Surgery for breast enlargement surgery. She had always been bothered by awareness that her right breast was smaller and higher on her chest than her left breast, and also wished for a fuller look in her clothes. She underwent outpatient augmentation mammoplasty (as well as a facial cosmetic surgery) with breast implants of two different sizes, under a light TIVA general anesthetic, in our accredited office surgical facility. She returned to normal everyday activities the next day, work in 10 days, and exercise in 3-4 weeks. Note the lack of visible scars even this early (6 weeks) after surgery.
