Breast Augmentation - Case 42

This 49 year old businesswoman came to Minneapolis Plastic Surgery for breast augmentation to restore fullness lost with pregnancy and breast feeding. She had slight breast volume differences corrected with slightly different cohesive silicone gel implants. Her outpatient operation took just under one hour, and her TIVA general anesthetic allowed her to return home without nausea or vomiting. She resumed regular (non-strenuous) activities immediately, and exercise in three weeks.
