Breast Augmentation - Case 46

This 29 year-old pharmacist came to Minneapolis Plastic Surgery for breast enhancement. She had cohesive silicone gel implants placed in our accredited in-office surgical facility in an outpatient, light general anesthetic operation. We use a no-touch technique (facilitated by the Keller Funnel) that reduces pain, bruising, swelling, and the likelihood of capsular contracture, keeping results soft and natural. Please note that bra cup sizes are what the patient states she uses, not our assessment–this is why bra cup sizes are unreliable ways to estimate size or goals. Sizing with actual implants in our office and/or bringing goal photographs is better.
