Case Description
This 53 year old mother of two came to Minneapolis Plastic Surgery for breast lift surgery. She is 5′ 9″ tall, weighs 175 lbs., and wears a 36D bra but did not want to be bigger or smaller, only lifted for a more “perky” look. She underwent full Wise-pattern (anchor) breast lift (mastopexy) that removed only 30g (one ounce) of loose skin per side in a 3 hour outpatient operation. Her TIVA anesthesia was “the best anesthetic experience in my life” as she had no nausea, vomiting, and a rapid no-hangover recovery. Her after photos show her still-immature scars at 7 weeks post-op. They will fade over the next 6-12 months.
