Breast Lift Plus Implants - Case 17

This 29 year old attorney came to Minneapolis Plastic Surgery following a 40 pound weight loss which caused breast deflation and severe (grade 3) ptosis (droop). As an outpatient procedure, she underwent full Wise-pattern (anchor) breast lift plus submuscular cohesive silicone augmentation with 450cc implants. She immediately felt too large and had these implants replaced with 330cc implants. When this occurs, we recommend waiting for 6 months, but her personal schedule did not allow that. Her after photos show her appearance 1 month after her breast lift and 2 weeks after exchange for smaller implants. Implants will drop into better position and skin/scars will soften and stretch over 6-12 months.
