Breast Lift Plus Implants - Case 2

This 41 year-old mother of five did not breast feed, but lost breast volume after each of her pregnancies. She has bilateral grade III ptosis (severe breast droop). Bilateral full Wise (anchor) pattern mastopexy (breast lift) plus submuscular augmentation with 250cc cohesive silicone gel implants was performed at Minneapolis Plastic Surgery in our on-site accredited outpatient surgical facility with TIVA anesthesia, avoiding overnight stay, hospital bacteria, exposure to sick patients, or staff unfamiliar with cosmetic surgery details. She also had no PONV (post-operative nausea and vomiting) frequently associated with “standard” hospital or surgicenter inhalation (gas) anesthesia.
