Breast Lift Plus Implants - Case 5
Case Description
This 30 year-old nurse had breast asymmetry due to incomplete development of her left breast (mild Poland’s syndrome without arm or shoulder deformities), and grade III ptosis (severe breast skin droop) of the right breast. She underwent a complete right-breast-only lift (full Wise-pattern mastopexy) and bilateral submuscular saline implant placement at Minneapolis Plastic Surgery as an outpatient light general (TIVA) anesthesia procedure.
