Case Description

This 33 year-old patient disliked how her chin and neck looked. She underwent submental direct excision (fat removal under the chin more completely than by liposuction) and augmentation genioplasty (chin enlargement with implant) via a small incision beneath the chin. This outpatient operation was performed at Minneapolis Plastic Surgery under local anesthesia with IV sedation.
