Eyelid Surgery (Blepharoplasty) - Case 1

This 46 year-old woman came to Minneapolis Plastic Surgery for upper eyelid surgery to remove excess skin that made her look “angry.” She underwent outpatient upper lid blepharoplasty at Minneapolis Plastic Surgery’s AAAASF-accredited office surgical facility under local anesthesia plus IV sedation. Her sutures were woven just beneath the surface of the skin to avoid any cross-hatch marks or painful removal—they are simply slid out after cutting one end of each stitch.
