Facelift (Rhytidectomy) - Case 6

Case Description
This 51 year-old woman came to Minneapolis Plastic Surgery for facial and skin rejuvenation, and was informed that a two-stage approach would be optimal for best results. She underwent bicoronal forehead lift (browlift), SMAS (dual-plane) facelift, and upper and lower blepharoplasty (eyelid lift). Four months later she underwent full-face laser resurfacing. Both outpatient operations were performed in our AAAASF-accredited office surgical facility under TIVA anesthesia, which minimizes the nausea and vomiting commonly associated with inhalation (gas) anesthesia used in many other locations.
