Case Description
This 68 year old women requested facial rejuvenation surgery. She had undergone facelift and eyelid surgery elsewhere at age 53, and wished to restore her appearance to a more youthful, refreshed look without “overtightening.” Secondary SMAS facelift was performed at Minneapolis Plastic Surgery in our AAAASF-accredited outpatient in-office surgical facility, avoiding hospital bacteria, exposure to sick patients, and inhalation (gas) anesthetics that frequently cause nausea, vomiting, and unplanned hospital admission.
