Mommy Makeover - Case 4

This 37 year old physician and mother of 2 wanted to tighten her stretched abdominal muscles, repair her “outie” umbilical hernia, as well as restore her breasts, and underwent mommy makeover (breast augmentation and tummy tuck) at Minneapolis Plastic Surgery in our nationally accredited (AAAASF) office surgical facility in a 4 hour outpatient operation under TIVA general anesthesia. After an hour and a half in our recovery room she had sipped a soda, been to the restroom, and dressed before being discharged to her adult family member. She reported no nausea or vomiting and pain well controlled by her muscle relaxant, anti-inflammatory, and pain medications.
