Nose Surgery (Rhinoplasty) - Case 6

This 28 year-old woman did not like her profile in photographs, and came to Minneapolis Plastic Surgery for consultation about rhinoplasty. Her retrusive chin contributed to the appearance of excessive nasal protrusion; chin augmentation with a solid silicone extended anatomic (medium) implant, submental direct fat excision (fat removal under the chin area), and cosmetic open rhinoplasty (all done at a single outpatient procedure) gave her a beautiful new look that still retained her own natural features.
