Inverted Nipple Correction - Case 3

This then 15 year old woman originally came to Minneapolis Plastic Surgery concerned about symmaastia (“uni-boob”) because of teasing at school. (This, of course was really jealousy; she did not have symmastia.) She returned a year later asking for better nipple projection, and after appropriate discussion and parental consent (required until age 18), underwent local anesthetic improvement of this concern, which involves the same techniques as correction of nipple inversion. She was thrilled by her new appearance.
