Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck) - Case 8

This 36 year old mother of twins (C-section) came to Minneapolis Plastic Surgery for “mommy makeover.” She was 5’7″ tall, and weighed 138 lbs., noting loose abdominal skin hanging over her retracted C-section scar, as well as breast droop and deflation after breastfeeding her babies. She was also interested in breathing improvement, and underwent nasal septoplasty, abdominoplasty  with hip liposuction, as well as breast augmentation and periareolar (donut) breast lift in one outpatient operation under TIVA general anesthesia. She did extremely well, and left our recovery room in 1 1/2 hours dressed, sipping a drink, and without nausea or vomiting.
