Chin and Cheek Implants - Case 10

This 29 year old gentleman came to Minneapolis Plastic Surgery for reduction and refinement of his nose, plus treatment of his weak chin and small amount of under-chin fat. He underwent outpatient TIVA general anesthetic rhinoplasty, which included reduction of his hump, narrowing of the upper nose and nasal base, as well as placement of an extended anatomic solid silicone elastomer chin implant (size large) plus removal of the fat under his chin. He did extremely well post-op, due in part to his stopping of all nicotine products two weeks before surgery.
