Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck) - Case 2

This 47 year-old nurse is a mother of 4 who had abdominal liposuction (elsewhere) several years prior to coming to Minneapolis Plastic Surgery for abdominal cosmetic surgery. Because of her loose, wrinkled skin she is not a candidate for additional liposuction, but required extended abdominoplasty (tummy tuck with longer incision to remove more loose skin), and liposuction of the hip areas. Her abdominal muscles were tightened and the stretched and sagging skin and lower abdominal fat completely removed in outpatient surgery in our on-site AAAASF-accredited outpatient surgical facility. Her after photo is at 6 weeks post-op; scars will fade over 6-12 months (see case 1).
