Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck) - Case 5

This 34 year-old woman previously had breast reduction surgery at Minneapolis Plastic Surgery and was pleased with her results and surgical care, so she returned for consultation about abdominoplasty and liposuction of her hip rolls. This outpatient operation was performed at our accredited office surgical facility under a light general anesthetic, and the patient was discharged to the care of her family after an hour in our recovery room–alert and not nauseated, dressed and ambulatory. The next morning at her office recheck, she described her pain as 4 on a scale of 10.
