Breast Augmentation - Case 25

This 25 year-old woman breast-fed her 3 children for up to a year each, and had significant loss of breast volume as well as grade II to borderline grade III (moderate to severe) ptosis (breast droop). She came to Minneapolis Plastic Surgery hoping to improve her breast appearance without breast lift (mastopexy). Although she had more skin laxity and sagging on the left breast than her right, we were able to achieve a satisfactory aesthetic result without the additional cost and scars that a full breast lift would have required. It did take several months for her implants to drop into proper position to fill out her loose breast skin, but her final appearance has continued to look good two years after her surgery.
