Breast Augmentation - Case 65

This 24 year old mother of 1 came to Minneapolis Plastic Surgery for larger breasts. She is 5’4″ tall and weighs 115 lbs. In an outpatient operation under TIVA anesthesia  she had 339cc moderate plus profile Allergan silicone implants placed in the sub-muscular position through infra-mammary crease incisions measuring just over 1 1/2 inches in total length. After an hour in our recovery room, she was discharged alert and without nausea to a family member, resumed normal daily activities the following day, and more strenuous ones in 3 weeks. She went from an A cup to a full C cup. Her post-op photos show her results at 2 years.
