Breast Augmentation - Case 49

This 32 year-old woman had moderate loss of breast volume as well as ptosis (droop) after breast feeding her two children. She came to MPS for breast enlargement and facial cosmetic surgery in one outpatient operation performed under Total Intra-Venous Anesthesia (TIVA), which reduces post-op nausea and vomiting, as well as facilitating rapid recovery. She did well from her two facial surgeries as well as breast enlargement. Her final size was “perfect” but she came in to size with actual implants in a bra and stretchy top 3 times, choosing slightly larger each time.
