Breast Augmentation - Case 48

This 51 year-old mother of two (breast fed both) came to Minneapolis Plastic Surgery for breast enhancement surgery. She wished more fullness without the scars or cost of a breast lift, and in fact did not “need” any type of breast lift, as nipples were positioned above her inframammary creases. She had cohesive silicone implants placed in an outpatient TIVA (total intravenous anesthetic) operation in our accredited office surgical facility. After photos are at 7 1/2 months post-op, though she continued to look good when she returned two years later for other cosmetic surgery.
