Case Description
This 19 year-old woman does not like her protruding ears, and has had to wear her hair to conceal them. She underwent otoplasty under local anesthesia at Minneapolis Plastic Surgery’s AAAASF-accredited outpatient surgical facility, and returned home to normal activities after her 1 1/2 hour operation. Her bandages were removed in 48 hours, and her sutures were removed on day 10. She wore a headband at night for a month (nothing during the day).
