Case Description
This 31 year-old woman breast-fed 2 children, losing breast fullness and developing moderate skin looseness and sagging. She had cohesive silicone gel implants placed beneath her pectoralis muscles in an outpatient operation at Minneapolis Plastic Surgery, under a light general (TIVA) anesthetic. She rated her post-op pain as 2 on a 10-scale (the day after her surgery).
