Breast Augmentation - Case 12

This 27 year-old woman had breast augmentation (elsewhere) with 270cc saline implants placed via axillary (armpit) incisions. She came to Minneapolis Plastic Surgery because she had implant rippling, too-wide cleavage, and an unnatural “feel” of her breasts; she also requested larger silicone gel implants. She underwent surgical enlargement of her pocket to improve implant position and decrease cleavage width, and placement of 500cc cohesive silicone gel implants. She now works as a professional model and recently returned to MPS for 800cc implants (pro photo last oblique view).
